Wellness-first pharmacy
Integrating wellness into the most trusted health building in the neighborhood.
For a century, the local pharmacy has been the most trusted place to get well. The market is now shifting from sick care to proactive wellness, and HARP Wellness is building the operating layer that turns that trust, foot traffic, and clinical licensure into a recurring-revenue wellness offering.
We acquire and operate community pharmacies, keep the pharmacist relationship intact, and install wellness as a core offering. Care stays local. Economics finally scale.
100 years of trust. One recurring wellness platform.
Partnership
Tech-enablement and brand meet an operating partner with a pharmacy back office and a ready book of business.
HARP Wellness is the joint operating platform between Clearly Acquired, the tech-enablement, brand-building, and acquisition and capital partner, and Good Day Pharmacy, the operating partner with an existing book of business and the operational back office to take over and run pharmacies at the point of acquisition. Together they align platform, brand, capital, operations, and neighborhood trust from day one.

Clearly Acquired
The tech-enablement, brand-building, acquisition and capital partner: platform, acquisition strategy, capital, and brand infrastructure that modernizes pharmacy assets for a wellness-driven future.

Good Day Pharmacy
Operating partner with an existing book of business and the operational back office to take over and run pharmacies from the point of acquisition.

Scale
Wellness clinics inside gyms: a validated format, and 99% of the channel is unserved.
Life Time built MIORA (blood panels, HRT, GLP-1s, peptides, dietitians, and branded supplements on a monthly subscription) and expanded it to seven states. Equinox followed with a diagnostics-led program. Both work. Together they are under 1% of the channel. The long tail cannot self-build: it has to partner. We own the pharmacy, the compounding, the dispensing, and the protocols.

HARP member value vs. a gym's own revenue per member
Owned pharmacies prove the model. Partner pharmacies scale it without acquisition capital. HARP Clinics take the format into gyms and employers where we own no pharmacy. At-home collection is the end state.
