A healthcare roll-up is underwritten on who runs it as much as on the model itself. Our structure pairs a wellness brand and platform with a capital partner and an operating partner who already runs pharmacies in the region we are starting in.

Clinical leadership and counsel
Investors will not underwrite a healthcare roll-up without named clinical leadership. We are building toward a Chief Pharmacy Officer and a Medical Director; where either role is not yet filled, we show the role definition and the search in progress rather than leave it blank.
Regulatory counsel is engaged to structure the PC/MSO separation, CPOM compliance state by state, and the compliance posture that governs every clinical service we offer.
